Pakistan’s leading Telecommunication Company ZONG 4G likely to shut down its Customer Service Centers across Pakistan.
ZONG Pakistan customer service centers was first established in 2008 and since then company opened 20 Customer Service Centers according to their website.
After successful 12 years of Customer Service, company is closing doors to Service centers employees.
HR has informed the employees about the news and tell them to find new employment during the notice time.
By December 2021 more than 200 employees will be left out from their jobs.
Recently ZONG has shutdown its CSC Sukker and Hyderabad without any prior notice.
With the rising prices and sinking economy this is quite frightening for the Zong Customer Service Employees and their dependents.
Several other blue collar labor are also to be eliminated from the offices after this decision.
Also, many vendors will be left out from their services which were being delivered to these offices.
