Set the caller tone to ‘Pakistan Zindabad,’ according to the Balochistan government.

On September 29, 2021, the Balochistan government issued a notice instructing top officials in the province to adjust the Ring-Back Tone (also known as caller tone) on their cellphones/contact numbers to ‘Pakistan Zindabad.’

The regulation extended to administrative secretaries, extra secretaries, and deputy secretaries, as well as the heads of all government agencies, according to a notification published by Balochistan’s Services and General Administration Department.

A meeting convened by the Balochistan chief secretary reached the conclusion.

Also notified are the divisional and deputy commissioners.

The notification also details how to set the caller tone for all the mobile cariiers.

How much does it cost to activate the caller tone.

We activated the caller tone on one of our Mobilink numbers. It costs Rs7.99+tax to activate the tone. Additionally, the carrier will also deduct Rs2.09 per day for it.

What is ‘Pakistan Zindabad’?

Pakistan Zindabad is a song by singer/music director Sahir Ali Bagga. The song was produced in collaboration with the Inter Services Public Relations and was released on ISPR’s YouTube channel on March 23, 2019.

The song has over 108million views on YouTube.
