Mondelz Pakistan earned The Gender Diversity at Workplace Award 2021 at the prestigious CFA Society Pakistan’s 18th Annual Excellence Awards. The award honours outstanding companies for their efforts to improve gender diversity representation within their organisations through various aspects of their company operations and management styles.

Our female leadership team at Mondelz Pakistan has a 50 percent female representation.
Mondelēz Pakistan takes lead in gender diversity initiatives. Some highlights of this year’s initiatives included International Women’s Day, fully flexible working from home policies, enabling highly engaged culture for females to thrive in and a major milestone is the launch of our first-ever Female Sales Trainee Programme.
