Khushhali Microfinance Bank (KMBL) has reached another great milestone, as it has been awarded the Gold Level in the ‘Client Protection Certificate’ by the Microfinance Rating Agency. This international recognition has made Khushhali Microfinance Bank the first financial institution in the world to receive this award.
The certification acknowledges that the accredited body has ensured 100% compliance with the strictest principles of client protection, which have been established and approved by Cerise and the Social Performance Task Force (SPTF). Principles include transparency, responsible pricing, fair and respectful treatment of clients, confidentiality of client data, prevention of over-indebtedness and proper product design and delivery.
