Feroz began his Careem adventure over four years ago in Pakistan as part of the core team that launched ride-hailing. As Vice President of Strategic Finance, he has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency across Careem’s markets since then. Feroz held financial management positions in telecommunications, e-commerce, technology, and mobility companies before to joining Careem.
Feroz will be in charge of Careem Pakistan’s strategic planning, day-to-day operations, and organisational culture as Country Head. In Careem’s Super App goal, Feroz’s 100 Day Plan will focus on lifting the bar on Captain and Customer experience by investing in reliability and safety while also boosting service excellence.
