$245million was received through Roshan Digital Account from overseas Pakistanis
Foreign exchange inflows from overseas Pakistanis through the Roshan Digital Account (RDA) has reached to $2.114billion mark on August 31st. 2,114 fresh accounts were also opened in August with a tally reaching to 220,806.

Only in August, $245million was received through Roshan Digital Account from overseas Pakistanis. Which has reached $307 million in September.
During the first four months (September to December 2020) Roshan Digital Account had received $250 million. However, in the next eight months of 2021 (January – August), the amount accelerated by $1.864 billion.
Roshan Digital Accounts was launched in September 2020, In the period of almost a year, RDA inflows are continuously increasing as many banks have connected themselves with the system. The significant increase in foreign exchange inflow has been taken positively and considered as the confidence of overseas Pakistanis in the country’s progressive economy.
